Life’s journey has many highs and lows. If you’re struggling with an issue, you may benefit from the support of a Registered Psychotherapist.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist providing psychotherapy since 2014. I work with people who are looking to make a change, big or small. Even a minor change in behaviour and thinking can lead to greater things. For example, I use the picture above to ground myself in troubled times, when I feel overwhelmed by the stress in my life. I visualize myself back in Scotland, and remind myself that this struggle is a part of life and this too shall pass.
If you’re struggling with an issue in your life, please know you’re not alone. Every issue we face is an opportunity to grow and find new ways to better ourselves. Sometimes these issues aren’t easy and you need a little support. That’s what I’m here for.
I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression and relationship issues (romantic, peer, family and workplace). My therapeutic approach is based on Feedback Informed Therapy, and changes the therapeutic approach and techniques to suit what works best for you.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) are the key therapeutic approaches I use to develop treatment plans with my clients.
If you feel like you could use some support managing an issue or a problem in your life, I’d be happy to talk to you, to see how I can assist.

A little bit about myself…
In 2011, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and in 2014 I obtained a Masters (MA) in Counselling Psychology, both from Western University.
Since 2017, I’ve been a Registered Psychotherapist, practicing independently.
From 2014 to 2020, I worked at Western University, where I provided psychotherapy to Western Students.
Prior to completing my MA in Counselling Psychology, I worked at CMHA Middlesex as a Mental Health Worker, and at Changing Ways-London as a Men’s Partner Assault Response (PAR) Group Facilitator. After completing my MA in Counselling Psychology, I co-facilitated the Men Moving Towards Healing-Healing the Impact of Abuse at Family Service of Thames Valley and facilitated the Social Anxiety Group at Western University.
Through these previously mentioned experiences I have cultivated my view of psychotherapy and my role as a psychotherapist. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change their life and get back to a life full of meaning and value. My role as a therapist is to help you determine what path you want to take and what you need to travel it. You’re the expert of your life. In therapy, you’ll be the one leading and I’ll follow your lead, to ensure we focus on what you want.
